Support Services

SANEline

Out-of-hours mental health helpline offering emotional support and information to anyone affected by mental illness, including family, friends and carers.

We deal with the full spectrum of mental illness from anxiety and depression through to eating disorders, self-harm/injury, psychosis and suicide.

Helpline volunteers are empathic and non-judgemental, providing a space for you to talk about any aspect of your mental health, or the mental health of someone you care about.

Textcare

Provides supportive text messages for times when you are most isolated. Having a mental health condition, or caring for someone with such a condition, may leave you feeling lonely or isolated at times.

To receive support from textcare, please submit the form on our website.

Support forums

A space where mutual support is given and received by anyone aged 18+ affected by mental illness.

Membership requires you to be willing and able to engage with others in the spirit of mutual support.

You are expected to take personal responsibility for your contributions and posts in this community, accepting and applying the guidelines and ground rules provided.
