Helpline and website support, mainly for men, aged 15+ who are down or in crisis.

Helpline and Web chat

We offer an accredited confidential, anonymous and free support, information and signposting to men anywhere in the UK through our helpline.  Calls are taken by trained staff who are there to listen, support, inform and signpost.  And because calls are confidential and anonymous we don’t and can’t offer a counselling service. In total our helpline and webchat services are receiving around 6,000 calls and chats per month.

When is this service open?:
Our National helpline is open 7 days a week, 5pm to midnight. Web chat opening hours are 5pm – midnight every day. Callers can talk through any issue, we’ll listen and offer information and signposting. Calls are taken in order, so it’s best to stay in a queue rather than redial.
How much will it cost me?:
Calls are free from landlines, payphones and all mobiles. Calls are anonymous & confidential and won’t show up on your phone bill.
Is translation or interpreting available?:
Translation facilities are available on request.
