Cruse Bereavement Care

Description

Telephone and email support for anyone affected by bereavement.

Helpline

The helpline is staffed by trained bereavement volunteers, who offer emotional support to anyone affected by bereavement. If someone you know has died and you need to talk, call our helpline. As well as offering emotional support, we can also signpost to other useful organisations.

Email support

Sometimes it can feel hard to talk about things. For those times Cruse has an email service, where you can put your thoughts and feelings down in writing, and one of our bereavement support volunteers will be happy to respond.

Cruse Helpline emails are answered by our trained bereavement support volunteers - all using the pseudonym "Alex". We try to reply to every email as quickly as possible, but because we are a voluntary service there may be a short wait for a response.
