Mental health support services including:

  • Adult One-to-One Counselling Service (mild to moderate mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss)
  • Group counselling (adults), psycho-educational and support groups available for anxiety, depression and bereavement
  • Occupational Health Counselling Service available for those in an Employee Assistance Programme
  • Children and Young People’s One-to-One Counselling Service (mild to moderate mental health issues such as bereavement, divorce/ separation, children looked after, domestic abuse and parent in prison)
  • Group counselling (children and young people), psycho-educational and support groups (for bereavement, divorce, separation and loss and domestic abuse).
  • Support following suicide service (Amparo suicide postvention service)

Free for qualifying individuals dependent on funding. There are often restrictions on borough and age. Please see our website for information on referrals criteria for each service or send a general enquiry and we’ll tell you if you are eligible for a free service. We do have private clinics also which anyone can access
